Stéphane
Gallis is a man of
few words. He is very experienced in motorcycle racing
and keeps his prestigious achievements to himself.
He was amongst other things a member of the French
team in French championships and in European championships,
where he reached the 11th position in 250 Open in
1996. He took part on many occasions in the Endurance
World championship, the 24 hours of le Mans and the “Bol
d’Or” within such prestigious teams as
GMT, the National Moto team or the DAP 91 team.
He also won the Hornet Cup 900 in 2003 and the Honda
French Cup in 2005!
Stéphane is also a noble-hearted man who never
misses an occasion to help and to grant some precious
advice.
He now passes along his experience and his qualities
to his young pilots.

After having started his career as
a motorcycle pilot and achieving good results,
like many other pilots, Jean-Marc Adam was very
quickly attracted by the magic of endurance races
and the ruthless logistics that make for success.
In 1991, he created the famous DAP team, where he was both a pilot and a member
of the training staff.
In 1994, he stopped driving to focus solely on training. From 1994 to 1996, the
team ran in 600 category, and won the title in 1996.
|
1997 was an important landmark with the development
of the Honda 1000 VTR and a title in European championship
in Stock category. Another step was made in 1999
when they moved on to Superbike and with the ESCRA
prize which rewards the team with the best technical
assistance.
In 2000 and 2001 the team developed the Honda SP1
Superbike in Endurance World championship and reached
the 9th position in the 24 hours of le Mans and the
6th position in Estoril, in spite of funds that were
not adapted to the category and to the mechanics
that were used!
In late 2001, the team shifted from Honda to Suzuki.
The team entered the Endurance World championship with Olivier
Four, Pierrot Lerat Vanstaën and… Stéphane
Gallis. They achieved some good performances with
a 6th position in Imola and a 5th position at the “Bol
d’Or” (overall!). Le team kept on improving
in 2003 and achieved a 5th position in the 24
hours of le Mans and a 3rd position – their first
podium spot in Endurance World championship – in
the 24 hours of the SPA. At the “Bol
d’Or” that
same year, the team was on the 5th position before
they had to withdraw from the competition because
of a fall.
In late 2003 Jean-Marc’s life turned around
completely. He decided to do something completely
different and moved to Savoie where he managed a
hotel.
But the passion for competition never left
him and when Stéphane Gallis managed to convince him,
Jean-Marc decided to come back in business to bring
his wisdom, his professionalism and his great experience
in mechanical preparation and set-ups, with a secret
hope to do just as well or even better, and thereby
to add to his already impressive list of achievements.

José Khun is not as famous
as his list of achievements would suggest. A motorcycle
fanatic ever since he was a child, he started competing
at age 17 in Cyclo French championship in 1989
and 1990. In 1991, he entered the Challenge Honda
Motul Open and ended up being vice-champion. In
1992, he ran in French championships in 250 Open
European championships on a Honda. Honda then offered
him a chance to enter the 5 last Grands Prix of
the season.
In 1993, he performed in a few Grands Prix in 500
category on a private Honda. He was then called
on by Yamaha to replace Freddy Spencer! He ended
the GP 500 World championship in the 12th position.
In 1994, he switched to Superbike and to endurance
and he reached the 2nd position in the 24
hours of le Mans along with Alex
Vieira. He kept doing
endurance until 1998.
He got a state certificate to become a trainer
and created his own sports organisation company
which he manages today. He uses all his talent
and his teaching abilities to improve the physical
condition of the team’s pilots. With him,
life is always full of surprises

A sports fanatic ever since he was
a child, Alain Mébrouk did
not choose his profession because it was easy.
He spent 15 character-building
years with the “fusiliers Marins Commandos” (French
Navy Seals),
a special unit in the navy.
When he left the army, he decided to dedicate his
strong character, his experience and his discipline
to sports and became sports assistant in professional
bicycle racing teams. He assisted such high-level
athletes as Sylvain CALZATI (AG2R), winner of a
stage at the 2006 Tour de France, Christophe
LAURENT (Crédit Agricole) winner of the best climber’s
jersey in the 2007 Tour of California and was the
sports assistant in the Lotus MBK DN1 espoirs Equipe
team managed by LUC LEBLANC, world champion in
1994.
He brings us today the professionalism of bicycle
racing, both on the athletic level as in terms
of communication and public relations in the world
of motorcycle racing for the ACTION BIKE
RACING team.
