The ACTION
BIKE RACING team will be running in the 24
hours of le Mans with
the new Suzuki GSX-R 1000 K7. The crew will enter
the Stocksport category.
Although this is our first experience in endurance
world championship, the team certainly is not without
experience. It will be backed up by that which is
brought to us by Jean-Marc Adam who managed the DAP
team for almost 20 years!
Stéphane Gallis, the team’s advising
pilot has set up a crew where experience and youth
meet.
Experience is represented by Josetxo Sainz [SP],
a pilot who regularly competes in the Superbike French
Championship as well as the highly disputed Spain
Championship, and Sébastien Prulhière [FRA] who is used to receiving honours in the Promosport
1000 French Cup and in the Endurance World Championship,
where he achieved a fine victory in Stocksport
category during the 6 hours of Zolder. Youth is represented
by Lionel Braun who is running for the Promosport
600 French Cup with ACTION BIKE RACING. Lionel, who
just turned 20, will be ranking amongst the youngest
pilots to compete. The 4th pilot will be Cyril
Brivet,
who is also competing for the Promosport
French Cup in 1000 category with ACTION
BIKE RACING.
2007 will indeed be a running in year but we can
realistically expect to be ranked in the top 10,
or even in the top 5.
